VIRTUAL SOLAR CONSULTANT

We're actively looking for an ambitious, experienced, and talented Solar Sales Consultant to team up with ABC PRO GRP, LLC. Help us lead the new energy revolution to a clean, renewable, and independent energy future.

You must be intelligent, self-driven, and knowledgeable in the art of sales and the science of solar. This position is for those individuals who want to work at the intersection of business, the environment, and technology!

 Your main objective will be to preach, teach, and guide home and business owners in adopting solar and energy efficiency solutions over the expensive alternative of the electric companies.


Job Type: 1099 Commission Only


Responsibilities

  • Educate and inspire property owners on the many benefits of solar and energy efficiency technologies. 
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity and ethical sales practices.  
  • Call sales leads, set appointments, conduct follow ups. 
  • Present our solar and energy efficiency solutions in a compelling manner during in-home visits and over the phone. 
  • Pursue leads (company provided and self-generated) for prospective residential or commercial solar clients. 
  • Network, attend events, generate referrals, and build references to support a growing pipeline. 
  • Close sales and capture customer referrals.

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude. 
  • A sincere belief in the power of renewable energy to transform our society and deliver value to home and business owners. 
  • Proven sales professional with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling solar electric systems or energy efficiency products. 
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. 
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. 
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise. 
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. 
  • Experience with Google G-Suite products: Gmail, Sheet, Docs, Drive, Slides, and Forms. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 1 Year Solar experience preferred no required.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 /year
